The word "Pre-order" is indicated on the product sheet, accompanied by a precise estimate of the delivery date.

Specific conditions for pre-orders
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products will ship once all items are available.
- If you wish to receive your in-stock items quickly, we recommend placing two separate orders.
- In the event of any unforeseen delays from the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately.
Return of pre-ordered products
Pre-order products benefit from the same return conditions as standard items:
- Request a return: Log in to your account by clicking on the man symbol ( top right on PC or bottom left on mobile ), then go to the Dashboard . Click on the order in question, open the three dots menu, and select "Request a return" .
- Validation of your request: If your request is accepted according to our conditions, we will send you a prepaid return voucher .
- Prepare and send the package: Returned products must be new , unused and in their original packaging. Send the package within the specified time frame.
- Refund: Once the package has been received and checked at our premises, the refund will be made subject to compliance with the return conditions.
Additional conditions:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A return label can be generated for a fee of €5.90, which will be deducted from your refund. If the terms and conditions are not met, an additional €5.90 fee will be applied if you wish to recover the rejected items.
