Rental agreement

By taking the items out of the box or from the store you agree to the following conditions:

1. Return postage will be included in the original cost of the order if the product has been shipped.


has. PLEASE NOTE: when handing over the parcel at a post office or relay point or mailbox, pick-up times may vary, which will affect your postmark. It is your responsibility to know these times for returning the costume.

2. Overtime charges are equal to 10% of the total rental price per day or whichever is the nearest day package and will be charged for rental items as postmarked (or returned in person) after the date indicated.

3. Reasonable wear and tear on rental items is to be expected and accepted. All items must be returned dry. If packed wet, they will become moldy and the purchase price will be charged to the customer.

4. If items are returned before the event date, you are entitled to a refund less a restocking fee of 18% of the rental.

Eligibility for a refund will be determined upon arrival and inspection of the costume. Please contact Customer Service if you plan to return the unused rental for a partial refund.

5. If you wish to exchange your rental, you can do so by placing a new order and following our returns process for the original order. In order to be eligible for the first order refund (less an 18% restocking fee), you must have the original order stamped/returned prior to your event date. If a package is marked on or after the event date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Costume rental

1. If the items are not returned or are returned damaged, the full replacement cost of the items will be charged. Items returned damaged will be held for 30 days and will only be returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping charges.

2. Reasonable wear and tear to costume(s) is to be expected and accepted. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, excessive makeup, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other types of accessories.

3. Items lost or damaged due to negligence in your possession or improper packaging for return will be charged at replacement cost.

4. If the items require additional cleaning, a cleaning fee of €25.00 will be charged. If we cannot clean an item, it will be considered damaged. Do NOT attempt to clean the element yourself.

5. Any temporary changes made to an item will need to be removed and restored to its original condition before returning the item - failure to do so will incur a charge of €20.00 per item. Iron or tape are NOT allowed. Use of the iron or tape may incur charges up to the full cost of the item.

This time varies depending on the carrier, the faster it is, the more you will be delivered on the nearest delivery date indicated on the product sheet.

( Example: the delivery date on the product page indicates "Estimated delivery between Monday August 8 and Friday August 12", with Chronopost you are delivered on August 8, gls between August 8 and August 9, colissimo between August 9 and 10 August, Mondial Relay between August 9 and 12) .

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

1. Go to the Return an order section located at the bottom of the page within 14 days after receipt of the package or click here . You will need to indicate your order number (don't forget the #) and your postal code.

2. You must return the product(s) no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return request.

The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact. A disguise can obviously be worn to be tried on but must be returned perfectly in its protective packaging if it is not suitable, with its cardboard visual. Any return of goods must be sent to Farfouil en fête 18 avenue du Général De Gaulle 02200 Soissons.

We inform you that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You can print a return label, in this case we deduct €5.90 from the refund, this is not obligatory, you can return the product using the method of your choice.

3. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item at our premises if the return conditions have been respected.

In the event that the returned product(s) do not comply with the return conditions set out above, a check for €5.90 will be requested from the customer if they wish to recover their item(s).
