HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
1. Go to the Return an order section located at the bottom of the page within 14 days after receipt of the package or click here . You will need to indicate your order number (don't forget the #) and your postal code.
2. You must return the product(s) no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return request.
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact. A disguise can obviously be worn to be tried on but must be returned perfectly in its protective packaging if it is not suitable, with its cardboard visual.
