Location de Déguisements et Accessoires : Informations Essentielles
- Tarification Flexible : Le prix de location est indiqué sur chaque article. Bénéficiez de tarifs dégressifs en fonction de la durée de location. Les options disponibles sont : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15 ou 30 jours.
- Dates de Location et Livraison : Lors de votre commande, précisez la date à laquelle vous avez besoin de l'article. Nous vous livrons votre déguisement au plus tard la veille de votre événement. Le dernier jour de location correspond à la date à laquelle vous devez renvoyer l'article. La facturation finale est calculée en fonction de la date de dépôt du colis auprès du transporteur.
Exemple précis: Pour une location du 2 au 4 juillet (inclus), vous recevrez votre costume le 1er juillet au plus tard. Vous devrez le renvoyer le 4 juillet, le jour de la fin de votre location. Si vous déposez le colis le 5 juillet, une journée supplémentaire vous sera facturée.
- Nettoyage Inclus : Le tarif de location inclut le nettoyage des costumes, aucun frais supplémentaire à prévoir.
- Vérification de Disponibilité et Paiement : Une fois votre commande effectuée, nous vérifions la disponibilité et la qualité du costume. Dès confirmation, vous recevrez deux liens de paiement par mail.
- Caution par Pré-autorisation Bancaire : La caution n'est pas encaissée, mais une pré-autorisation par carte bancaire sera effectuée. Le montant moyen est de 50 €, qui sera automatiquement annulé après le retour du costume dans les conditions convenues.

Delivery dates are indicated for each product, they correspond to the minimum delivery time. We leave it to you to select the carrier based on your order date.
We plan to deliver the day before your rental reservation date.
This time varies depending on the carrier, the faster it is, the more you will be delivered on the earliest delivery date indicated on the product sheet.
( Example: the delivery date on the product page indicates "Estimated delivery between Monday August 9 and Friday August 12", with Colissimo between August 9 and August 10, Mondial Relay between August 10 and 12).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
1. For rental, we insert a return slip in the package, you can then go to the relay point where you collected or to the post office if it is a Colissimo.
In the event of a problem, you can always obtain a new return label by going to the "Return an order" section located at the bottom of the page within 14 days after receipt of the package or click here . You will need to indicate your order number (don't forget the #) and your postal code.
2. Rental products are returned on the last day of rental, the care taken by the carrier in the tracking is taken as proof.
Only the pick-up date counts in the return of the product; loss or delay in delivery by the carrier does not count towards the reimbursement of your deposit.
3. Your deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the item at our premises if the return conditions have been respected.
Additional fees may be requested, we leave it to you to consult the rental conditions.

1. The rental price is indicated on each item, for the rental period, the rates are decreasing depending on the rental period 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15 or 30 days.

2. You indicate the date of use of the items, the last day corresponds to the date on which you return the item(s) (note, the post date is taken as proof). For delivery, you receive the item(s) the day before your event at the latest.
Example: you rent a Batman costume from July 2 to July 4. You receive your costume on July 1 and return it on July 4.
Info: Sunday is a mandatory rental day, as it is not possible to return the costume on Sunday.
3. The price includes cleaning of costumes.
4. A deposit is required for rental when placing the order.
The amount will be communicated when ordering (€50 on average). It is debited at the time of ordering and refunded upon return of the item(s).

1. Round-trip shipping costs will be included in the original order cost if the product has been shipped.
has. PLEASE NOTE: When you deliver the parcel to the post office or collection point or mailbox, collection times may vary, which will affect your postmark. It is your responsibility to know these times for returning the costume.
2. Overtime charges are equal to 10% of the total rental price per day or nearest day rate and will be charged for rental items postmarked (or returned in person) after the date indicated.
3. Reasonable wear and tear on rental items is to be expected and accepted. All items must be returned dry. If they are packaged damp, they will become moldy and the purchase price will be charged to the customer.
4. If items are returned before the event date, you are entitled to a refund less a restocking fee in the amount of 18% of the rental.
Eligibility for a refund will be determined upon arrival and inspection of the costume. Please contact customer service if you plan to return the unused rental for a partial refund.
5. If you wish to exchange your rental, you can do so by placing a new order and following our returns process for the original order. In order to be eligible for a first order refund (less an 18% restocking fee), you must have the original order stamped/returned prior to your event date. If a package is marked on or after the event date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Costume rental
1. If items are not returned or are returned damaged, the full replacement cost of the items will be charged. Items returned damaged will be held for 30 days and will only be returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping charges.
2. Reasonable wear and tear of the costume(s) is to be expected and accepted. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, excessive makeup, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other types of accessories.
3. Items lost or damaged through negligence in your possession or improper packaging for return will be charged replacement cost.
4. If items require additional cleaning, a cleaning fee of €25.00 will be charged. If we cannot clean an item it will be considered damaged. DO NOT attempt to clean the element yourself.
5. Any temporary changes made to an item will need to be removed and restored to its original condition before returning the item - failure to do so will incur a charge of €20.00 per item. Iron or tape is NOT permitted. Use of iron or tape may result in charges up to the full cost of the item.
